Sue has been a leader in schools since 1997 before working as a Curriculum Manager for ECD in Flinders Street. She has experience teaching Society and Environment and mathematics from Years 3 to 10. She has established and led middle schools on three sites in South Australia. Sue has provided professional learning in middle schooling for South Australian practicing and pre-service teachers through Flinders University, the Education Union and presented nationally at conferences. This year, with the release of the Australian Curriculum: History, Sue’s focus has been working with teachers on curriculum change as they trial, develop resources and implement the new history curriculum in the transition from Studies of Society and Environment to Humanities and Social Sciences.
