Tracy has taught for 25 years in schools in South Australia and in South Africa (for 3 years); she has specialised in Music and English education (although has also taught French, Drama, SOSE and PLP), across the R-12 year levels and in tertiary education (through Tabor Adelaide). She has taught at Portside Christian College since 2000.  Tracy is passionate about delivering authentic curriculum to students at all levels of ability.She has created a whole-school Music program, built largely upon students' existing knowledge and interests in popular Music. In both English and Music, Tracy incorporates students' unique talents and passions, demonstrating flexibility in program design. She works within her College to actively incorporate differentiation in the classroom and to support other teachers whenever possible. She has presented her ideas in both Music and English workshop forums and has worked on the development of Literacy/English curriculum .
