DECD Contract

The Council of Education Associations of South Australia Inc. has a Service Agreement with The Minister for Education and Child Development whereby CEASA ensures that it:

  1. complements the programs of DECD
  2. supports access and participation by country teachers
  3. fosters and promotes concepts of professionalism
  4. supports departmental strategies and programs that are specific and programs that are specific to the areas of representation of member association
  5. takes into account relevant strategic directions of DECD including
    • social inclusion
    • broad and balanced high quality, outcome oriented education
    • flexibility of delivery / provision
    • development of a high performance organisation
