We were indeed fortunate to have Keith Bartley (Chief Executive of DECD) address our CEASA AGM on 7th September 2011. Here is a copy of his speech from a previous function. The CEASA address was an adaptation of this speech, with relevance for the professional teaching associations. Keith also opened our new CEASA website.
