PL Funding Opportunities

CEASA provides direct funding to CEASA member associations to support the development and delivery of their professional learning projects. This funding represents a major proportion of the total funding received by CEASA from the Department of Education and Child Development under our current contract with The Minister, which runs from July 2012 until June 2013.

It is expected that projects will link with the DECD Strategic Plan 2012-2016 and focus on DECD priority professional learning areas:

  • Australian Curriculum : Learning Areas
  • Australian Curriculum : General Capabilities
  • Australian Curriculum: Cross Curriculum Priorities
  • Learning Design
  • TfEL (Teaching for Effective Learning)
  • Development of Pedagogical Content Knowledge
  • Pedagogy
  • National Professional Standards
  • AITSL Teacher Performance and Development Framework
  • Charter for Professional Learning
