About Us	MLTASA has been an active association for over 35 years, representing the interests of languages teachers and associations. Its purposes are to develop an identity and collegiality amongst language professionals, promote a high standard of professionalism, provide political representation for the languages teaching profession, foster the articulation and development of teaching theory and practice in the language classroom, and to facilitate affiliation with regional, national and international associations.
