Mission:

To engage in support activities likely to stimulate and assist education in general and specifically in the study and teaching of technology. DATTA (SA) does this through: Provision of professional learning for teachers; Liaison and cooperation with the Department of Education & Children's Services (DECS); the Australian Council for Education Through Technology and other professional bodies; other educational institutions; the Australian Education Union (AEU - SA Branch) and relevant industries and community organisations. To take such measures as may be expedient to advance the view of the Association on any matter affecting the study and teaching of Design & Technology.
