To further the teaching of geography in SA educational institutions: to service teachers' requirements and centralise a system through which this can be attained. Developed and presented as need arises. Publishes teaching resources. Training development is also available and input into education programs for geography. As well as mentor programs, VET TAFE Courses, Year 12 student evening and products available from the website www.gtasa.asn.au. CENTRA e-learning training pilot, in GIS & ABS (SA & Vic), in SA and NT. |
